Project Advisory

Keep budget, quotes, approvals, changes and project status visible when the work grows beyond a simple one-trade job.

Practical structure without pretending to be the builder

Project Advisory is a client-side organisation and tracking service. It helps keep project information together so the client can see what has been quoted, approved, changed, committed and completed.

Scope boundary: contractors remain engaged directly by the client. Project Advisory does not make That's It Trades Service the builder, principal contractor, site supervisor or statutory certifier.

What the advisory system can track

Project intakeObjectives, priorities, scope, budget range, timing and known issues.
Budget & cost registerOriginal budgets, approved quotes, committed costs and updated project position.
Quote reviewOrganise contractor quotations so the client can compare scope and pricing more clearly.
VariationsKeep changes separate from the original approved work and track their effect on budget.
Schedule & statusRecord key dates, project progress, dependencies and outstanding items.
Client reportingProvide practical snapshots so decisions are based on the current project position.

How it works

01 — INTAKE

Define the job

Capture what the client is trying to achieve, the known constraints and the initial budget/timeline.

02 — QUOTES

Organise pricing

Record quotations, approvals and major scope differences so decisions are easier to follow.

03 — TRACK

Keep changes visible

Track variations, committed costs, dates and project status as the work develops.

04 — UPDATE

Maintain the client view

Use regular project snapshots so the client can see the current position without rebuilding the history each time.

What it does not promise

Project Advisory improves organisation and visibility. It does not guarantee the final project cost, contractor performance, completion date or regulatory outcome. Technical and statutory responsibilities remain with the appropriately qualified parties for each part of the work.
